Ground Turkey and Spinach Lasagna Rolls

Ingredients
1/2 Pound Ground Turkey2 tsp Minced Garlic2 tsp Italian Seasoning4 Cups Fresh Spinach1/2 Cup Part Skim Ricotta Cheese5 Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles2 Cups Newmans Own Marinara Sauce8T Parmesan Cheese1 Large Egg5 oz Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
Brown Ground Turkey in Medium Skillet with garlic and Italian seasoning, when Turkey is halfway done, add spinach, and sautee until meat is cooked.
Meanwhile, bring large pot of water to boil, and add lasagna noodles, and cook for 10 minutes.
Mix Ricotta Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Turkey and Spinach mixture, Parmesan Cheese, and Egg in a medium mixing bowl.
Once noodles are done, lay them out on a large cookie sheet, to avoid sticking. Cool for 5 minutes.
Place 1/5 of Ricotta cheese/Turkey mixture on the end of each noodle, and roll up.
Place 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce in bottom of an 8x8 baking dish.
Place filled rolls in baking dish, and cover with remainder of Marinara Sauce.
Sprinkle 1 oz of Mozzarella Cheese over each Roll.
Cover with Tin Foil, and Bake 30 minutes.
Uncover, and Bake an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
