3 Thick Boneless Pork Chops (chopped)1 Red Onion (chopped)1 bag Schwan's Mediterranean Veg Blend1 Cup (dry) Whole Grain RiceHalf Jar Kikkomans Stir-Fry Sauce
While cooking the meat and veg cook your rice in a seperate pan.
Cook meat and onion in non-stick pan for about 10 mins until pork is browned. Add veg blend and cook until warmed through.
Now add sauce and simmer for about 10 mins. Add your cooked rice and mix in well.
