Spicy Crispy Baked Chicken

One package purdue chicken tenderloins (9 oz.) skinless or skinless/boneless chicken breasts1/4 c. Cain's FF Mayo dressing2 tsp. Frank's Red Hot Sauce5/8 c. panko crumbs
Preheat oven to 375.
Cut tenderloins into sizes per preference.
Mix mayo, hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.
Put panko crumbs in a ziplock bag.
coat chicken in mayo and then shake in panko bag until coated. Place on non-stick (or prepared with pam) baking sheet.
Cook for about thirty minutes or until done. If you are using chicken breasts and are keeping them palm-sized the timing will be 45 minutes. But if you are doing little tenders it will be closer to 30.
p.s. feel free to spice up the panko crumbs if you like.
