Annie's Black Bean Salad

12 oz can Black Beans, rinsed1 Plum Tomato, diced2 tbsp White Onion, diced1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tsp lemon juice1 tsp oregano1/2 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
Rinse black beans. Chop tomato and onion. Add olive oil, lemon juice and Oregano, and Black Pepper. If you use canned beans, you do not have to add salt. Toss all ingredients together. Serve cold or hot.
