8 oz Lean Ground Turkey0.5 C Black Beans (drained and rinsed)5 Tbsp Contadina Italian Herb Tomato Paste0.25 C BBQ sauce1 clove garlic, minced0.5 medium red bell pepper, chopped0.25 onion, chopped1 tsp chili powder1 tsp paprika
Directions
Brown ground turkey and drain fat. Combine remaining ingredients and heat until hot and desired thickness. Server on whole wheat hamburger buns or whole wheat bread. (bun/bread in not in calorie count).
