Cheesy Summer Squash Skillet

Ingredients
3 Small Yellow Squash, Halved & Sliced1 Large Baby Zucchini, Halved & Sliced1 Medium Onion,Peeled & Sliced1 Tsp Ms Dash (Your favorite Blend)2 Tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil1/4 Cup Great Value Shredded Part-Skim Mozzerella Cheese
Directions
Wash & Slice Vegetables; Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Combine squash, zucchini, and onion in skillet, add seasonings, stir well. Cover and lower heat to medium/medium low. Cook until squash and onions are tender, usually about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove veggies from heat, sprinkle Mozzerella over top & serve. Yields approximately 4 - 1/2 cup servings.
