15 SERVING IN A 9 X 12 PANFilling * Onions, raw, .1/2 cup, chopped * Garlic, 1 tsp * Ground beef, lean, 16 oz, fried and drained * Chili powder, 1 tsp * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, OneCornbread Mixture * Martha White self rising buttermilk cornmeal mix, 2 cups * Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded * Salsa, 1 cup * Granulated Sugar, 1 TBL * Milk, nonfat, 11/4 cups * Egg, fresh, 1 large
Directions
15 servings in a 9 x 12 pan
Slice pepper and place in a 9 x 12 sprayed pan. Mix rest of the filling ingredients and spread on the peppers Mix the cornbread mixture and spread on the meat. Bake 32 to 38 minutes at 425 degrees.
