Soy Protein Brownies (w/ Fruit & Nuts)

Ingredients
Eggs, oil, brown sugar, vanilla extract, yogurt, cocoa, soy protein (1-3/4c), bread flour (1/4c), almonds or walnuts, dried cherries.
Directions
Combine wet ingredients in large bowl. In another bowl, combine dry ingredients (except dried fruit and nuts). Stir together both in large bowl, until everything is well moistened and looks like fudge. Place in 8" square baking pan. Bake 25 minutes until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Let cool. Cut to 16 squares.
