Even Lighter Upsidedown Pizza

FILLING:1 lb. ground turkey breast2.5 Tbsp. dried onion1 10oz. jar of Ragu original Sauce10 oz. part-skim Mozzarella cheese, shreddedCRUST:1 cup skim milk1/2 cup egg subsitute (i.e. egg beaters)1 tsp. Oil1 cup Flour1 tsp. Basil1 tsp. Oregano2 Tbsp. Kraft reduced fat grated Parmesan cheese (opt., not included in nutrition info)
Preheat oven to 400. Coat a 9x13" pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Brown ground turkey and onion until meat is done, drain. Add sauce and heat through.
Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle with about a handful of the cheese.
Mix milk, eggs, oil, and flour till smooth. Add spices and cheese. Pour over top of meat sauce.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until crust is golden.
Cut into 12 equal pieces.
