Raisin Bran Muffins

Ingredients
Soak for 5 minutes: 1 1/2 C Kelloggs Bran Budds in 1 1/4 C milkAdd: 3/4 C molasses 2 large eggs 2 Tbsp melted butter 2 Tbsp canola oilMeasure dry ingredients and add to liquid ones: 2 C flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Mix all of the wet ingredients first, then the dry ones. When throughly blended, scoop with ice cream scoop into paper lined muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. Makes 15,
2 1/2" muffins.
