Caribbean Jerk Pork Salad

12 oz lean pork tenderloin cut into strips1 tsp to 1 tbsp Jerk Seasoning8 cups salad greens1 cup fresh diced pineapple1/4 cup sliced red onionFor Dressing:1/3 cup lime juice1 tbsp olive oil1 garlic clove, minced
Cook pork strips & jerk seasoning in non-stick pan.
Divide salad greens, pineapple and onions onto 4 plates.
Top with cooked pork.
For dressing, whisk lime juice, olive oil & garlic and pour in equal portions over salad.
