White Bread

Ingredients
7 Cup White Flour1 pkg Yeast1 3/4 Cup Milk 2%2 Tbsp Sugar1/4 tsp Salt1 Tbsp Butter
Directions
stir 2 cups flour with yeast
heat milk, sugar, butter and salt to bloodwarm (test like baby bottle), butter may take time to melt
add milk to flour/yeast
gradually add more flour, save out approx 3/4 Cup
Knead dough, adding more flour as needed
proof for 45 mins
punch down, knead (add more flour if needed), cut & shape into 2 loaves
proof for 30 mins
bake at 325 for 35-40 mins

makes 2 16 serving loaves
