OATY BREAKFAST YOGURT WITH RAISINS

Ingredients
40g Porridge Oats200g Vanilla Light Fat Free Yogurt15g Raisins
Directions
Stir uncooked oats and raisins into the Yogurt.
For best results this should be done at least a couple of hours before you eat or better still the night before.
You can of course use any flavour Yogurt and any other dried fruits but you will have to amend the calories accordingly
