My version of western omlette with cheese! Low Calories

Ingredients
1/3 cup of egg beaters original 1/3 cup of Weight Watchers Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese2 slices Turkey Bacon (I use Americas Choice)1/4 cup chopped green bell peppers1/8 cup of chopped onions1/4 cup broccoliSalt and Pepper to taste, though not needed. : )
Directions
*Chop up your broccoli, peppers and onions.

*I steam the broccoli in the microwave (to keep in nutrients) in a tbls of water for a minute in a half.

* Cook turkey bacon as per package and set aside.

* Spray a skillet with cooking spray and cook the peppers and onions on a medium heat for about 3 minutes. Put aside.

* Put your egg beater in a bowl and add salt and pepper (not needed) and scramble while the skillet is warming up.

* Pour your egg beaters onto a hot skillet with cooking spray and once firm flip it over. (This may take a bit of practice, but I always need to make sure both sides are well cooked).

* Put all your veggies on one half of the circle and sprinkle about 3/4 of the cheese over veggies.

* Fold over and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.

Serve with your turkey bacon and ENJOY!!
