Jamie Oliver's Ceasar on the Light Side

Ingredients
1/2 c nonfat greek yogurt2 anchovy fillets, mashed1 garlic clove, minced1 Tbs fresh lemo juice2 tsp Worcestershire sauce2 Tbs EVOO (I used garlic infused oil)1/4 C freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheeseFreshly ground salt & pepper1 lg head romaine letteuce, torn into bite sized pieces
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk the yogurt with the anchovies, garlic, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk in the oil and 1/2 of the cheese, season with salt & pepper.
In a large salad bowl toss the romaine with 1/2 of the dressing and remaining cheese. Serve, passing the remaining dressing at the table.
