cheese & fruit salad

Ingredients
Mixed salad greens1 cup walnuts1 cup blue or roquefort cheese, crumbled2 apples, cored and dicedolive oilbalsamic or raspberry vinegar
Directions
Wash and dry greens thoroughly and toss with the apples, nuts and cheese. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and vinegar. This salad is very simply and always a hit. You can use pecans instead of walnuts or pears instead of apples as well.
