3 oz chicken breast diced3 oz portabello mushrooms diced1 small potato diced1 small onion diced1 cup diced tomatoes 1 tsp ground cloves1 tsp red pepper seeds1 tsp pepper2 tsp garlic

put all ingredients into a skillet sprayed with PAM olive oil spray until veggies are tender , makes 1 serving
