Berry Tart

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour3 Tbsp ice water1 tsp lemon juice2 Tbsp powdered sugar3 Tbsp shortening1 cup raspberries1/4 cup blackberries3/4 cup blueberries2 Tbsp splenda
Directions
Tart shell
Combine 1/4 cup flour with water and juice, mix and set aside.
In separate bowl combine remaining flour and sugar, cut in shortening to make course mixture. Add first flour mixture into bowl and mix till moist.
Roll out on lightly floured board until 1/4 thick. Cut with cutter to fit tart pans. Place tart shells into pan and set aside.

Berry mixture
Add all berries into bowl and add splenda, mix gently till all mixed thru.
Fill tart shells 3/4 full of berrie mixture and cook in 350 degree oven for about 13-15 mins. Let cool in pan for 5 mins then gently remove to wire rack to finish cooling.
