Ingredients
Celery, raw, 1.5 cup, diced Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped Olive Oil, 3 tbsp *Flour, white, .15 cup Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) Bush's Butter Beans, Large, 4 Cup *Pomi Chopped Tomatoes, 2 cup Basil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Cook celery carrots and onionin oil until soft. Add flour, cook and stirfor 1 minute.Gradually add water, stirring until smooth.Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil.Reduce heat, simmer 25 minutes.Add salt and pepper to taste.
