Baked Caramel French Toast (not healthy, but delicious!)

Ingredients
Topping: 1 Cup packed brown sugar6 Tablespoons Country Crock margarine1/3 Cup whipping cream1 Tablespoon light corn syrupFrench Toast: 3 eggs1/2 cup milk1 teaspoon vanilla1/4 teaspoon salt8 diagonally cut slices of French bread (3/4" thick each)
Directions
Spray 13x9 glass baking dish
Cook topping ingredients over medium heat until smooth
Spread in baking dish

In shallow bown, beat eggs with fork. Beat in milk, vanilla, and salt. Dip bread in egg mixture until absorbed.

Arrange bread into dish. Cover, and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.

Bake at 400 degrees F uncovered for 20-25 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes when taken out. After the 3 minutes, turn baking dish upside down to flip bread onto platter.
