Ingredients
4 cups lukewarm water8 cups spelt flour 2 TBSP yeast1TBSP salt
Directions
preheat oven to 425 degrees ( if you have use of a baking stone it works great for this recipe )
in a large bowl mix together 4 cups lukewarm water , the yeast , and the salt .
Mix in the spelt flour slowly .
when mixed well , cover with a hand towel .
sit in a warm place for an hour .
form into 4 balls , or make 4 loaves in loaf pans .
bake for 25-30 minutes makes 36 servings
