Whole Wheat Bread Pudding

Ingredients
6 slices whole wheat bread, cut into small cubes3 eggs, lightly beaten3 1/4 cups 1% milk1/4 cup agave nectar1 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/3 cup dried cranberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Put bread cubes and cranberries into a medium-sized baking dish. Combine other ingredients, then pour over the bread. Stir. Bake for 60 minutes, stirring once halfway through the baking time. Serve hot or cold.

Makes 8 servings, about 1 cup each.
