Steamed Potatoes with Dill "Butter"

Ingredients
1 bag of Blue Denim Steamables Red Potatoes, or 3 cups of steamed small potatoes2 tbsp Country Crock butter substitute (or butter, or other butter substitute)1 tbsp dill weed, or to taste
Directions
Steam potatoes as usual, or per directions on the Blue Denim bag.

Put butter/butter substitue into a small bowl or pan, and heat until melted (30-60 seconds in the microwave). Add dill to taste.

Cut hot potatoes into quarters (be careful not to burn your fingers). Pour dill mix over potatoes and turn gently to coat evenly. Serve hot and enjoy!
