2 Morningstar Farms Breakfast Patties1 Cup Milk 1% or Skim2 T All Purpose FlourPepper to taste
Makes 2 Servings (Serve over a biscuit)
1. Thaw the patties enough to brake up.
2. Break the patties into small chunks into a small frying pan.
3. Combine the milk and flour and pour over the chunks. Heat on medium until bubbly.
4. Cook about 2 minutes more until thickened. Add pepper to taste. Enjoy!

I ate lunch today at Portland Adventist Medical Center's cafeteria. These ingredients look perfect to reproduce their country gravy, which I poured over a biscuit and 2 MF breakfast patties. It was the most satisfying treat I've had in a very long time! Thanks for posting this recipe. - 10/7/09
