    Think I'll try it Antiochia's way, with salsa and V8...plus I'll leave out the black beans as my hubby didn't care for them. It wasn't spicy enough for either of us...kinda bland. I'll probably make it again....but only if in need for a quick meal. - 2/2/08

    I was surprised at how good this was! It almost tasted homemade! I substituted 1 cup V8 and 1 cup salsa for the can of tomatoes, which spiced it up a bit. - 12/12/07
