Ingredients
1 bag (16 ounces)lentils1/2 cup bulger1 whole onionTablespoon salt, cumin, cinnamon and 2 tablespsoons vegetable oil
Directions
chop onions and cook in oil until tender, then add water and lentils (cook lentils according to directions on bag) and cook on low heat for 45 minute then add spices to taste and bulger and stir. cook another 15 minutes to 45 minutes
