Quick Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake

Ingredients
Topping:1/4 cup Bisquick HeartSmart Baking mix1/4 cup granulated sugar14 cup finely chopped walnuts1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips2 tablespoons butterCake:2 cups Bisquick HeartSmart Baking Mix1 (28 gram) package Jello Fat Free, Sugar Free, Instant Pudding Mix -- either Vanilla or White Chocolate Flavor1/2 cup semi-sweet Chocolate Chips1 egg, beaten1 cup skim milk2 tablespoons Canola oil
Directions
1. Grease a 9 inch cake pan. Turn oven to 375.
2. In a medium bowl mix crumble together the Topping ingredients with your fingers until uniformly mixed. Set aside.
3. To make cake batter: In a large bowl, place the Bisquick, pudding mix, and chocolate chips. Stir together. Then add the beaten egg, milk, and oil. Stir until just mixed.
4. Place cake batter into prepared pan. Then cover the batter with the Topping.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
8 Let cool slightly on a rack. Cut into 8 pieces and serve with ice cream if desired.
