Santa Fe Chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts1 onion, chopped3 garlic cloves, or garlic powder to taste1 1/4 cup chicken broth1 cup salsa1 cup rice uncookedshredded cheese
Cut chicken up into bite size chunks. Sautee in oil until cooked through. Add onion and garlic to pan, and sautee until onions are clear. Add chicken broth to pan, and bring to a boil. Add rice, cover and simmer until rice is almost done. Add salsa to pan, mix and let simmer about 15 minutes or until most of the liquid is cooked out. Add shredded cheese, and mix in. Let cheese melt and serve.
