Crock Pot White Bean Chili

2 chicken breast, skinless, boneless chopped1 can great northern beans (rinsed)1 can pinto beans (rinsed)1 medium onion, chopped1 clove garlic, minced2 teaspoons dried oregano1/2 teaspoon salt1 can cream of chicken soup, condensed, 98% fat free2 cans water1 teaspoon cumin1-2 tablespoon chili garlic sauce1 can green chilies, chopped1-2 jalapenos dicedRed Pepper Flakes - to taste
In 3 1/2 or 4-quart slow cooker, place chicken, cover with beans.
In a bowl combine onion, garlic, oregano, salt, soup and water; mix well. Stir in cumin, hot pepper sauce and chilies.
Pour mixture over the chicken and beans.
Cover; cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours or until beans are tender and chicken is no longer pink. (4-5 hours high- monitor water)
Serve with additional hot sauce if desired. Garnish with sage.
