Egg & Tuna Salad

Ingredients
2 cans of light chunk tuna drained3 hard boiled eggs1/4 c hellman's light mayo1 sweet pepper finely chopped1/8 cup sunflower seeds
Directions
drain tuna, peel eggs. put eggs, tuna, and mayo together in a bowl and mash with a fork until well blended. Ad chopped pepper and sunflower seeds. Depending on how it turns out I sometimes add 1 packet of splenda. Divide evenly into 3 or more containers and you have a ready made lunch.
