Herbalicious Vegan Coleslaw

Ingredients
1 pkg. Dole Coleslaw Mix5 & 1/3 tbsp. (1/3 cup) Spectrum Canola Vegan Mayo3 tbsp. white vinegar1 tbsp. white sugar1/2 tsp. dried dill1/2 tsp. dried parsley
Directions
Combine all dressing ingredients; toss with coleslaw, and chill at least a couple hours. Serve with a dash of freshly ground black pepper and sea salt. Makes 4.5 servings.
