cheddar cheese quesadias

Ingredients
4 6 inch white corn tortillas2 0z shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Spray non stick or Iron skillet with cooking spray. Place one tortilla in skillet. Place cheese on tortilla. Add another tortilla on top.Cook for a minute (untill tortilla is slightly browned. Flip over and let the other side brown. Remove from Pan, Repeat with 2nd quesadilla. When slightly cooled, cut into siix wedges each. Enjoy!
