This is absolutely delicious! I added chopped mango as well - it really popped with the chili lime sauce - and served this over couscous. - 9/28/10

Husband loved this. It was a little too spicy for me. Will cut back on the chili flakes next time. Served this over couscous. - 3/30/19

This was great. It was a little spicy for me so next time I will reduce the red chili just a little or maybe add something sweet like dried fruit. Will make this again. - 2/17/19

My husband and I enjoyed it a lot, we didn't change anything so we could see what we thought of your recipe. I think next time we may double the sauce and put cornstarch in it to thicken it a bit and put this over veggies. Outside of that it would stay the same as the recipe is good! - 9/18/16

I hate tofu, but I am trying to transition to vegetarianism so I thought I would give this recipe a try.
I left out the cilantro, use garlic powder instead of fresh garlic, and I added a little bit more chili flakes and the dish was delicious! I will definitely be making this again. - 2/22/16

Really delicious. since I am following a low-carb plan I used D-Ribose instead of sugar, and browned the tofu in extra-virgin coconut oil for more flavor. I'll be making this again! - 1/18/14

This recipe is amazing! I only used a couple handfuls of spinach, and I poured the sauce over the tofu while the pan was still sizzling. This caused the sauce to form a glaze over the tofu that worked really well. I used dried cilantro and it seemed to work. - 1/18/13

DH loved it! And he doesn't care for Tofu. Will make it again. Love the contrast with lime juice/salt(soy)/sweet/spicy. Cilantro is always yummy! - 11/28/11

This dish was AMAZING!! I crisped up the tofu with a bit of olive oil first. I also didn't have spinach so I just used broccoli. Serving it over brown rice...MMMM!!! This will definitely become a regular dish! - 8/10/11
