Healthy Chicken Enchilada Soup

Ingredients
2 cups Chicken brothCheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shreddedPepper, red or cayenne, 0.50 tsp1 small onion, diced1 green pepper, dicedChicken Breast, no skin, 3 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook chicken)Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernelsPeppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, choppedGreen Chili Peppers, canned, 0.50 cupBush's Pinto Beans, 4 cupFajita Seasoning, 2 tspHerbalife Soup Mix | 1 Packet (22g), 22 gram Cumin 1 tsp Plain Greek Yogurt, 6 oz1 tsp sea salt1 tsp black pepper
Directions
Cut up chicken and fry it with your onion and green pepper. Add pinto beans to soup pot and mash. Mix Herbalife soup mix per package instructions and add to pot. Add chicken broth, cayenne pepper, green chilis, fajita seasoning, cumin, salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken, onion and green pepper. Bring to a boil and let simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Take off heat and add cheese and greek yogurt. Mix till blended and cheese is melted. Serve.
