1 cup Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice1/2 cup Fresh Salsa (or Pico de Gallo)1/2 cup La Preferida Black Beans - Organic1/2 cup (2 oz) Reduced Fat Monterey Jack or Pepperjack CheeseBlack Pepper to taste
Cook Rice according to package directions.
While rice is cooking, drain black beans and salsa (or Pico de gallo).
If not already shredded, shred cheese.
Stir beans, salsa, and cheese into hot rice.
Season with pepper and serve.
