Baked Honey Custard

Ingredients
3 large eggs1/4 cup honey1 tsp vanilla extract2 1/2 cups non-fat milkground nutmeg or cinnamon to taste
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients except milk with a wire whisk in a bowl. Stir in milk. Place 6 ramekins in a large baking dish that is deep. Fill the ramekins with equal parts custard. Now very gently fill the baking dish with water until the water comes 3/4 of the way up the ramekins. Bake custard cups at 350 for 45 mins. Serve warm or chilled. Top with fresh fruit.
