Tex-Mex turkey stuffed peppers

Ingredients
.5 lb. ground turkey1 can fire roasted tex mex diced tomatoes1/2 of medium onion chopped.5 tbsp. oregano.5 tbsp. parsley1/2 to 3/4 of cooked brown basmati rice or black rice1.5 red, yellow or orange bell peppers
Directions
mix cooked rice, onions, raw turkey, oregano, parsley, stuff into peppers, pour tomatoes over and cook in oven covered until turkey is cooked through. Can also do in the crockpot.

Can also top with cheese, but calories not included in this recipe.
