Spicy Beef and Veggie Stew

Ingredients
1 can Rotel Tomatoes2 cans Diced Tomatoes, no salt added1 can Carrots1 1/2 cups frozen corn3 cloves garlic, minced1/2 cup onion, chopped1 tsp. ground red pepper, or to taste12 oz. steak, fat trimmed, cut into cubes
Directions
Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook 8-10 hours on low.
