Gluten Free No Sugar Added BANANA BREAD

Ingredients
3 cups mashed bananas (3-4 bananas)1 cup nonfat milk1 whole egg3 tablespoons canola oil1 teaspoon vanilla extract4 teaspoons baking powder4 cup oat flour (or wholegrain wheat for non-allergy)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Add ingredients in sequence
3. Mix. It will be sticky
4. Spray pan with cooking spray or grease with oil
5. Bake 20-30 minutes or until top crusts and splits
