Greek Salad

Ingredients
1 cup chopped Italian tomatoes1/2 cup chopped green pepper1/2 cup chopped red onion10 large chopped black olives1 cup chopped, cucumber3 tbsp olive oil3 tbsp red wine vinegar1 tsp oregeno1 clove garlic, minced finedash of salt and pepper1/4 cup crumbled Feta cheese
Directions
Chop vegetables and olives. Mix 3 tbsps olive oil and 3 tbsps red wine vinegar with 1 tsp oregeno, salt and pepper OR use pre-made Greek dressing. Marinate in fridge for at least a few hours. Toss in Feta cheese just before serving.
