Beth's Gluten-free Corny Cornbread

Ingredients
1 Cup Baking Mix1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum1/4 cup Yellow Cornmeal1 tsp sea salt1 can creamed corn1/2 cup milk2 T butter1 egg
Directions
Preheat Oven to 425F

Grease baking dish.

Combine dry ingredients. Mix in wet ingredients. Pour into pan and bake about 20 min until lightly golden.

Cut into 16 pieces (quarters both ways).
