Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients
Shrimp, cooked, 14 large Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers 1 cup, chopped Red Peppers 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Mushrooms, 1 cup, chopped Pepper, black, 2 dash Salt, 2 dash Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp *Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Garlic, 3 tsp Lemon juice, 2 tbsp Paprika, .5 tsp Pam - Olive Oil Spray
Directions
Chop broccoli, onion, peppers, and mushrooms set aside.

In a small bowl add shrimp, lemon juice, paprika, and 1/2 tbsp ground ginger (let sit for 5 minutes... longer the better).

Spray large skillet ( or wok) with pam on high heat and add shrimp and garlic.

Cook shrimp for two minutes on each side and add chopped veggies, soy sauce, pepper, salt, and the other 1/2 of ground ginger.

Cook for 5 minutes (cook longer if you like your veggies soft).

Makes 2 servings
