Creamy Baked Chicken Breasts

4 chicken breasts4 slices swiss cheese1 can cream of shicken soup1 cup dry white wine1 cup herb seasones stuffing mix(Pepperidge Farm)1/4 cup butter
Arrange chicken in greased baking dish. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and wine and pour over chicken, sprinle with stuffing mix. and then drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees 45-50 minutes.

Have made this recipe for yrs, except mine calls for water instead of wine. Amazing how great it tastes with so few ingredients. I now use less butter and sometimes Healthy Request soup. My recipe calls for 1/4 c water; I use abt twice that. Also, I use chicken tenderloins. It's great with rice. - 6/4/13
