Luscious Green Protein Shake

Ingredients
2 cups - Spinach, fresh3 Large - Strawberries, frozen 1/2 - Banana, medium1 scoop - Dream Protein Powder 1 cup - Almond Milk (can also use soy milk, hemp milk or animal milk)1 tsp - Almond Butter 1 tbsp - Udo's Oil Blend (for added Omega 3,6,9 intake)*Optional - filtered water*
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend.

If you find the shake is too thick, add filtered water to thin it.

*I like the Dream Protein Powder, but if you have a preference please feel free to use another or omit it all together for a vegan meal.

*Almond Milk can be substituted for regular milk, hemp milk, or soy milk.

*Udo's Oil Blend can be found at local health food stores and is a great source of Omega 3, 6, 9 or omit if you want to drop the fat count down.
