Firey Angel Hair Pasta

Ingredients
1 lb Angel Ronzoni Angelhair Pasta*1/2 Cup Chili oil (directions below)1 Large Lemon-juiced2/3 Cup Parmesan Romano Cheese Chili OilCombine 2 Cups Olive oil and 4 tsp red pepper flakes in a small sauce pan, over a low heat until it reaches 180 degrees,remove from heat and allow to rest so that flavor is infused (keeps up to 1 month in refrigerator)
Directions
Cook pasta in salted as directed to an Al Denteldrain (reserving 1Cup of pasta water). In a large bowl combine chili oil, 2 Tbsp zest from your lemon and its juice, add pasta and toss, adding enough pasta water to moisten (1/4 Cup @ a time).
Servings 4-6 ( I prefer to add the chili oil to plated pasta, as you would spaghetti sauce, to control the actual amount on my pasta)
