herb-crusted chicken with feta sauce

*365 Brand Panko Bread Crumbs, .333 cup (remove)*Boneless Breast Chicken Tenderloin, 12 oz (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)*Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields (remove)*President Fat Free Crumbled Feta, 3 oz (remove)Olive Oil, 8 1tsp (remove)
Directions
combine panko w/2T italian season. sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
roll chicken in panko
heat 4t olive oil in saute pan, cook 5 minutes per side until done.
mix feta, 4 t olive oil, 1 lemon and cilantro, to taste. serve over chicken.
