Ingredients
1/2 Cucumber1tsp. grated Ginger1/2 Lemon1Tb. Spearmint leaves8 cups Water
Directions
Thinly slice cucumbers and lemons, put in 2qt pitcher. Add grated ginger and mint leaves. Top with water and refrigerate overnight. Can be strained but looks pretty having the slices in glass.
