Turkey cutlets

Ingredients
1 lb turkey cutlets2 cups chicken stock1/4 cup wheat floursalt and pepper to taste2 tbsp oil1 pat butter
Directions
Combine flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge turkey in flour mixture. Heat oil in skillet, add turkey and cook until done. Remove turkey and add chicken stock, scraping up brownbits from the bottom, cook until chicken stock reduces by half, add butter and put turkey back in pan.
