Ingredients
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour2 tablespoons cocoa, unsweetened2 packets splenda1/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Combine all ingredients in mini blender container and blend until completely smooth. Pour into five dollar-size cakes on a preheated nonstick griddle. One serving.
