Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, extra firm (1/2 package)Soy Milk Presidents Choice Blue Menu, 1 TbspNutritional Yeast, 1 Tbsp Cornstarch, 1 TbspTumeric, 1/8 tspOnion powder, 1/8 tsoTahini, 1 tsp
Directions
Spray a non-stick pan and slowly pour batter. Lay filling on top - cover and cook over med. heat for 2-4 min. Slowly ease up side and fold one side over other. Slip onto plate and serve .
